Merchant Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Agreement and provider

These Terms govern installation and use of Digitdeck, operated by DIGIT DECK AGENCY S.A.S., Colombia. The person accepting them represents that they can bind the Shopify merchant. Shopify is not a party; Digitdeck is responsible for the app, support, and its processing of Merchant Data.

Service and merchant responsibility

Digitdeck offers configurable Back in Stock, Bundles, Referrals, Reviews, A/B Testing, AI, analytics, and related modules. The merchant controls activation and must review settings, promotions, messages, experiments, generated drafts, and theme changes before they affect shoppers. Digitdeck does not guarantee commercial results.

Shopify authorization and data

The merchant authorizes the minimum Shopify permissions shown during installation or reauthorization. Merchant Data remains the merchant's data and is processed only to provide, secure, and support enabled features under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Digitdeck does not sell Merchant Data.

Monthly billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through a Shopify-provided billing solution. Shopify displays the price, trial, usage component, and approval terms. A deployment does not change an existing subscription. Cancellation, refunds, credits, and plan changes follow the Billing Policy.

Acceptable use and suspension

The Service may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, deceptive claims, fabricated reviews, security abuse, infringement, or prohibited sensitive-data processing. Digitdeck may proportionately suspend an affected feature to contain urgent risk. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Digitdeck owns the Service and grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during the subscription. Each party will protect the other party's non-public business, technical, and security information and use it only for this relationship.

Availability, warranties, and liability

Digitdeck will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is otherwise provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or business results. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by the affected merchant during the preceding twelve months, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.

Termination, governing law, and contact

Termination triggers the documented privacy lifecycle. These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia; disputes first undergo thirty days of good-faith negotiation and then, subject to mandatory rights, the competent courts at Digitdeck's registered domicile.
