• Shopify: Platform APIs, authentication, billing, webhooks, and storefront extensions.
• Render Services, Inc.: Application and worker hosting and operational logs.
• Neon, Inc.: Managed PostgreSQL database.
• Upstash, Inc.: Redis, queues, rate limiting, and job coordination.
• Resend, Inc.: Transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI, L.L.C.: Optional merchant-initiated AI generation.
• Google LLC: Business email and support collaboration.
• GitHub, Inc.: Source control and deployment workflow; no intended production Merchant Data.

Locations and safeguards

Processing can occur in Shopify infrastructure, Colombia, the United States, or the configured cloud region. Digitdeck uses contractual and transfer safeguards where required and limits each provider to its contracted purpose.

Changes and objections

Digitdeck will update this list before a new provider materially processes Customer Data. A merchant may object on documented data-protection grounds within fifteen days under the DPA by emailing digitdeck.servicios@gmail.com.
