AI generation runs only after a merchant action and sends the minimum prompt, brand, selected store context, and aggregated signals needed for the request. Do not submit passwords, cards, government identifiers, health, children's, or sensitive data.

Human review

Output is a draft—not a fact, legal opinion, guarantee, or autonomous publication. The merchant must verify evidence, accuracy, rights, accessibility, pricing, and compliance. Safeguards flag fabricated ratings, reviews, scarcity, stock, statistics, and claims, but no automated control is perfect.

Credits and rights

Credits are checked before generation and actual usage is recorded afterward. Consumed credits are non-refundable unless law requires. Output may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright, and Digitdeck does not warrant non-infringement.
